B.K. Pansari
CEO and Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate by qualification, Mr. Pansari has more than 35 years of experience at very senior levels in the corporate hierarchy. In his last assignment Mr. Pansari was the Group Advisor to GATI Limited. Earlier he was the Senior Vice President (Finance and Commerce) of Hindalco Industries Ltd and held senior positions at Uniworth Group and Birla VXL. From 1998 till 2007 he worked as the President of Sterlite Industries Limited (flagship company of Vedanta Group) and was instrumental in formulation & implementation of Vedanta's Growth Plans, Policies, Strategies & Monitoring operational efficiencies across the Group.

Satya Ray
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
A management graduate, Mr.Satya Ray, currently spear heads the domestic sale & marketing initiatives of the organization. With a track record of a decade of exponential growth oriented performance Mr.Satya Ray brings to the forte modern and evolved sales & marketing concepts which are designed to sustain the growth path of the organization by cositentatly exceeding customer expectation. Subir Kumar Ray
Head – Treasury
Mr. Subir Kumar Ray has more than a decade of expertise in banking sector, has worked with Centurion Bank of Punjab, ICICI, SCB…. . He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Pune. His main role is to manage the group treasury, banking relations & rating of the company. Also in addition to this he heads the Human Resource ,Legal, Secretarial, MIS Departments of the company.

Mr. Ashis Bhattacharya
President Operations
Mr. Ashis Bhattacharya is a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and has a Post Graduation Certification in Operations Management from the ISB, Hyderabad. Mr. Bhattacharya has around 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In his last assignment, Mr. Bhattacharya was the Vice President – Production & Engineering with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Limited (Times Group). Prior to that, he was holding the position of Head Operations – South Asia with Goss International Corporation. Mr. Ashis Bhattacharya started his career with Larsen & Tourbo Limited as an Executive in Powai works at Mumbai.

M S R Srinivasa
President
M S R Srinivasa is a Chartered Engineer in Electrical Technology and brings almost two decades of experience in the packaging industry with a specialization in PVC calendaring. After successfully setting up the Goa Unit and ensuring its commercial success, he is now heading the operations of all plants of Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd across India.

Indrajit Chaudhuri
President
Mr. Indrajit Chaudhuri’s forte is in the aluminium foil and packaging industry heading alignment objective of the newly acquired Division India Foils from strategy to floor level. He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a postgraduate in Statistical Quality Control & Operation Research.

Soumitra Maitra
President (Consumer Division)
Mr. Soumitra Maitra has more that two decades of comprehensive experience in FMCG sectors having successfully conceived and established many premium brands. He is responsible for the foray of the group into the consumer good business, a step which is designed to leap frog the organization to the next level of its journey

Vinaya Desai
Vice President
Ms. Vinaya Desai brings her vast experience in quality assurance, clinical research and regulatory affairs to ensure product acceptance of Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd at par with international standards. She had done her post graduation in Pharmacy from Pune University.
