OUR VISION: Our vision is to ensure that we understand the importance of a vibrant and all inclusive India, in relation to the health care industry where we thrive and have met with many successes.

Ess Dee Aluminium manages and implements all its CSR initiatives through Sudip Dutta Foundation (SDF), which was established with the objective of centrally administering all CSR initiatives and ensuring dedicated resources for the purpose. SDF is a registered public charitable truat managed by Board of Trustees planning to have its own office, full-time staff and necessary infrastructure required to implement the programs on a continuous basis very shortly.

SDF is actively supported by our associates, senior management, their families and other volunteers. It is not a mere add-on division but an integral part of our business strategy, which is centered on creating value for people.

Over a period of time, it is our vision to inaugurate the Helping Hand Project aimed at opening the world of possibilities for rural youth. Youth from the less fortunate sections of society often have limited exposure to the world beyond their family or local area. It is our vision to open vocational institutes for them by imparting professional training courses and facilities, and thereafter identifying employment opportunities for them. With this initiative, we also ensure that there is a steady flow of talent to meet the ever growing demands of skilled labour.

The program's core objective is to become a facilitator and mentor to these young minds - to help them understand the world outside and instill in them a power to seek and achieve. The project is currently at pre-start-up stage and should shortly begin the process of implementation.

Furthermore, in the past, the Sudip Dutta Foundation has often used its network to provide for emergency medical services in times of natural disasters like floods etc.
