Ltd; an end-to-end pharmaceutical packaging solutions
provider, today announced its entry into the anti-counterfeit
packaging segment. The company presented its anti-counterfeit
technologies to counter the growing menace of spurious
drugs in India and abroad. These include products such
as aluminium strip pack foil; aluminium blister pack
foil; PVC film; PVDC coated PVC film; cold form Alu
Alu / tropicalized laminate; child resistant laminates;
laminates for oral re hydration salts, cough lozenges,
antacids anti TB kits.
Morgan Stanley Stake
Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd; an end-to-end
pharmaceutical packaging solutions provider, today
at the Board Meeting have decided to issue 14, 10,
000 equity shares at Rs. 575/- per share on preferential
allotment basis to Morgan Stanley, subject to the
approval of the members of the Company. These shares
will be acquired by Morgan Stanley at a premium of
almost 12 per cent of floor price. The said shares
will be under lock-in for a period of one year.
